Thanks for the feeback. I'm so sorry about the delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, there were issues in the fedex system which caused your order to be delayed. I can see that as soon as you contacted us we immediately opened a case with the courier in order to get this resolved for you. I assure you, we did everything in our power on our end to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you however, it took longer than anticipated for the issue to be corrected. I have filed a complaint with the courier regarding this situation and hopefully, the situaiton will not be repeated.
