Hello, thank you for your feedback. We were at the time facing a temporary challenge in our warehouse due to unforeseen circumstances. At a time when our order volume is exceptionally high, we are experiencing an unexpected shortage of staff which was affecting our ability to maintain our usual service levels. Our team was working tirelessly to manage the situation and minimise any disruptions to orders. We do offer priority shipping in the checkout if needed, however you had selected a non priority standard delivery service. Nevertheless, we are very sorry for the delay and any inconvneience caused.
