“Opie oils are great, but stop using the useless FedEx for delivery. They can't make their mind up when they are coming. One minute its on its way, then at the time arranged, oh, its not coming now, then it is coming by 10pm, then it arrives 2 days later without any warning. Then get a message saying delivered.”

“Good product at a great price - delivered within time scale stated. Only issue was FedEx claimed they would deliver a day earlier and suggested I stay in and wait until 22:00 to accept…. It was clear from the tracking info that FedEx couldn’t actually deliver a day early BUT if I just believed their e-mail I would have waited all day unnecessarily. This is a FedEx issue not Opie Oil”

“Wrong oil filter delivered... incurred cost and inconvenience to rectify from other source at short notice... very not impressed at such a basic (should have been checked prior to dispatch) school boy error from a company that reputed to be very good.”
