“Oil filter delivered between two tubs of oil and the box was crushed. Could so easily have been wrapped in the box and secured on top of the tubs. Contacted Opie and they said "thanks for raising this..."”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the filter arrived with a damaged box and appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Your comments have been shared with our warehouse team so we can improve our packaging process going forward. As this is a metal spin-on oil filter, only the outer packaging would have been affected, and the filter itself will be completely fine to use. We’re always here to help, so if you’d like to discuss this further or have any other concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

“Brilliant service. Got a promotional e-mail about 10mins after ordering with a 10% off offer included. I e-mailed asking if this could be applied to my very recent order and was surprised to recieve a 10% refund shortly after,”

“I have 2 classic cars. I’m so proud of them and am very careful about what I put into them. I’ve always rated the helpful and kind advice given to me by staff at Opie Oils. The product at Opie Oils is, I consider the best (Millers Oils). I appreciate the fast delivery too. Put all this together and I think Opie Oils is the best place to buy product, to keep my classic cars in the best possible state. A truly excellent company.”
