I use Opie for our vehicles every time they are serviced. Easy ordering, arrives when they say it will, perfect. Had an occasion where I wasn't entirely sure of which timing belt I needed, phoned them and was told the correct 1 straight away

Usually easy to select and purchase service kits, but they make it tedious and costly to return parts that they suggest will fit your vehicle but don’t.

My order was very slow to arrive. Six days after the order I had an email saying it had been dispatched. When it did arrive, it was incomplete. The staff were helpful but overall the service was poor.

Parcel arrived on time well wrapped so no problem with delivery. You are one of very few people to sell Castrol edge professional 0w30 oil as recommended by JLR. You were recommended to me on the discovery sport forum. I will be using you again Thanks

Original order received was incorrect. Contacted customer services, who were excellent regarding communication and getting the correct items sent out the next day & arranging for incorrect items return.

Not sure how incompetent and unprofessional a company can get, Their website takes orders and your money for items out of stock, they wait days to email you to advise not in stock then when u get a resolution agree a delivery date, the day before delivery fedex message you to advise of 10 day delay in delivery however hours later they change there mind and make delivery on said date, gets worse only part of your order arrives I am 2 litres oil short of what I ordered and paid for, on contacting them they said the missing oil would be sent out, Courier sent tracking for delivery by end of day 7th May and surprise surprise no delivery, Still waiting on delivery, They dont realise it had knock on effect if you run a company reputation and financially, they pull you in with offers on website, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY.
