“Good product at a great price - delivered within time scale stated. Only issue was FedEx claimed they would deliver a day earlier and suggested I stay in and wait until 22:00 to accept…. It was clear from the tracking info that FedEx couldn’t actually deliver a day early BUT if I just believed their e-mail I would have waited all day unnecessarily. This is a FedEx issue not Opie Oil”

“Wrong oil filter delivered... incurred cost and inconvenience to rectify from other source at short notice... very not impressed at such a basic (should have been checked prior to dispatch) school boy error from a company that reputed to be very good.”

“The website offers a box for the discount code, however, when I asked for one I was told they don't do them anymore and that they offer competitive prices instead. Why does the site still have a discount code box then? I'd like to see speedier delivery too.”
