“Both 5 litre cans of 40 oil were damaged in transit due to insufficient packing to resist handling impact. Luckily the cans didn't leak but I wasn't impressed with your level of transport protection. Regards. Stuart Burton”

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear your order arrived in that condition. All of our parcels are packed to withstand normal transit, however given the distance from us here in Cornwall up to Scotland, parcels do go through multiple handling points within the courier network. It does sound like it may have had a tougher journey than expected in this instance. That said, we take comments like this seriously and will review the packing used to ensure it’s as robust as it should be.
