“Fantastic customer service! Unfortunately my lipstick arrived broken but I contacted customer service and they were incredible. They got back to me super fast, really polite and helpful - they offered me either a refund or replacement. The shipping itself was great arrived swiftly and was very well packed, I don’t think it was their fault the lipstick arrived damaged, I think the lipstick bullet wasn’t fixed in properly from the look of it. 11/10 x”

“I inadvertently bought the wrong shade of Illia face powder, When I queried the shade received from the online description, Tisha from Customer Services contacted me offering to replace FOC for the shade I had previously received. Excellent Customer Service. Naturisimo has such a good range of ethical and organic Brands to explore. Highly recommend this Company.”

“I've been a regular (and very happy) customer for about a year. The orders arrive quickly, all packed in the most eco-friendly way. One of my deliveries got list over the Christmas period. Their customer service team is fantastic! They responded immediately and suggested to reship my order for free, which was truly much appreciated. Their point system is a pleasant bonus as you can always have a small discount on your next order. Amazing company and a team of people who love their customers! And now they've launched a recycling programme which made me even happier.”
