Their customer service team is fantastic! They responded immediately and suggested to reship my order for free, which was truly much appreciated. Their point system is a pleasant bonus as you can always have a small discount on your next order. Amazing company and a team of people who love their customers! And now they've launched a recycling programme which made me even happier.
