I'm so pleased there is finally an ethical place to shop for beauty and skincare. I particularly like their mix of makeup and skincare products, they have really good sales and quick shipping times.

I have discovered Naturisimo a few years ago and this beauty website is so well curated and I am always browsing there. I do splurge more often on Discovery boxes as they are a great buy when you want to try more luxurious products. Fast shipping and great selection!

I have ordered at least a few times for myself and has been super happy with products, packaging and service assuming this is a company I can trust. However I placed an international order 2 months ago which has failed to be delivered, furthermore customer service says they do not have a tracking link from Royal Mail? Any decent company that has failed to deliver refunds max within 3 days, however customer service here has tried to win time. I have now emailed them for third time as it has been 2 months since dispatch, I hope this review can prompt them into action and I am willing to reconsider and update my review if so.

Placed an order for an overseas delivery which did not arrive in time. Told by their customer service team to wait 28 days for a refund. Now well past this deadline and their customer service team stop replying to emails and have failed to issue a refund. No other way to contact them other than through email and now I have had to pursue them through my credit card company. Absolutely shocking, avoid this company. Total bandits.

really annoyed i payed a ridiculous price for next day delivery 6.95 as i needed for a special event and it didn’t even come still have not received have messaged them and they have not even had the decency to reply if i am not refunded i will contact paypal.

Package arrived damaged, found bug on food products etc. Emailed in CS to let them know about the details - in the second exchange, I received rude, inattentive reply from them.

update from review before My refund case was escalated within the company and they have apologised and given me a refund so I am happy that care was shown to the customer and they acted professionally.

This unprofessional company tries to save money by ripping customers off by saying the product was "damaged" when receiving it back. to avoid giving a refund. Unfortunately like the other reviews have said the customer service is totally awful. I am reporting them to trading standards

I am really shocked to see these bad reviews for Naturisimo! I have been buying the products from them for years, and never had even the slightest problem! I have to say that I suspect that these bad reviews have been ordered by the competition because it is simply so unrealistically different from all my experiences with them! Excellent products, excellent customer service, free postage..I cannot recommend them enough!

I wish I have read all the reviews here! Same experience! Great products range! Than when something goes wrong you get a rude email from Operational Manager to something between the lines “ sorry our team is great and you and idiot without rights” no refund on this occasion! Than when you try to post review online they reject your review and it never gets published! Be aware! Awful way to treat customers! I have filed complaint but perhaps we should all just write on Instagram as it is such a strong marketing tool they clearly just react to complains on there!??

Do not use this company, I had a reaction to a product, They refused to refund me.It was an expensive product. They then offered me 15% off my next shop. I tried to use the voucher at checkout - it didn’t work. I have sent them several emails they DO NOT get back to you, ! Avoid.

DO NOT SHOP AT NATURISIMO. In my purchase from them, they acted fraudulently; namely informing me in February 2020 that the reason a refund could not be issued on my faulty Angela Roi bag was due to ‘time lapse’, when it was evidently clear that I had made contact with them in November 2019. In the intervening months it is clear that Naturisimo failed to respond to several emails from me. They also gaslighted me, trying to pin blame on me for the faulty product, and completely failed to own any responsibility. There has now been nearly one year of repeatedly failing to answer emails - both Naturisimo and Angela Roi. This who ordeal in fact has had a detrimental impact on my mental health. I have felt that I have not been listened to, and Naturisimo representatives Ashley and Vandana’s masterful way of constructing their emails insidiously pins the blame and responsibility on the customer, not on the company. I would characterise Naturisimo’s correspondence as deceptive and manipulative, beyond just misinforming. The worst thing customer service can do is lie and not own responsibility, and yet both have been enacted repeatedly here. Angela Roi informed me that they had given Naturisimo the means with which to refund me for the bag, but Naturisimo has refused to give it to me, instead offering a credit note which I have not accepted. I should not have to agree to keep my money with a company that has acted in this way toward me, that has detrimentally impacted my mental wellbeing. Furthermore, to withhold funds that are meant for me, this is fraudulent. To date they have refused to answer my emails and address the issue by giving me my refund. I wouldn't even give Naturisimo one star, unless you don't mind negligent, manipulative, fraudulent service. Ethical? No way.

I ordered Rosehip oil from here. I got sent an empty bottle which I got asked to send back to Naturisimo as they said that if I did I would receive a refund. I did this straight away and never got a refund. Please be cautious when using them.

Been a customer for a few years & always managed to get the products I wanted plus delivery is super fast, although I believe some of their products stock may be old, because some companies have changed their packaging. However, I have to agree with other reviews in terms of customer service specific to returns. In fact, they don't actually have a 'no quibble' returns policy & actually don't like you to return products. I think we would all agree that unless purchased a particular product/ colour before, it's really difficult choosing colours on line. Other on line companies are far better at this and also no quibbles when it comes to any sensitivities/ reaction to a product, unlike Naturisimo.

Amazing range Long term customer BUT you are right when something goes wrong/refund time they are hard to get hold of, and its no easy process getting your oney back.
