“Been a customer for a few years & always managed to get the products I wanted plus delivery is super fast, although I believe some of their products stock may be old, because some companies have changed their packaging. However, I have to agree with other reviews in terms of customer service specific to returns. In fact, they don't actually have a 'no quibble' returns policy & actually don't like you to return products. I think we would all agree that unless purchased a particular product/ colour before, it's really difficult choosing colours on line. Other on line companies are far better at this and also no quibbles when it comes to any sensitivities/ reaction to a product, unlike Naturisimo.”
