“I made a one off bet and appear to have been signed up to a subscription. They are taking further larger amounts from my account. It has been completely impossible to get on to the site to speak to someone and cancel. If you can't get on to the site how can you query something or cancel an unauthorised subscription? This is either a scam or extremely poor service.”

“I used this game a few times. Would receive texts saying I had a bonus but would always result in "something went wrong" went to my bank last night they have taken $444. I transfered my last money from my account to savings and bank has confirmed they have tried to take several more payments. The bank can't do anything until the merchant receivea the payment... So I'm stuck out of pocket..”

“Spent over $300 on this game and have never won more than $2. The system they use is designed to take your money. The tickers above the game saying Joe Blow just won $1160 is obviously some computer geek paid to write the code. I'd like to speak to a REAL winner and judge for myself. “The live chat is never there honestly. After depositing cash over months; recently I got a bonus that was promised of 20 dollars for my equivalent 20 dollar deposit. Which went through ok, but after winning 66dollars which I wanted to cash , I was denied that if I did that, then I lose everything. Secondly, I was asked to verify my details, which I submitted the requested documents but I got a rude shock that the verification failed. Well this site is not honest and if they were, they would have responded to my email I sent days ago after the "live" chat agent did not ever turn on”
