I made a one off bet and appear to have been signed up to a subscription. They are taking further larger amounts from my account. It has been completely impossible to get on to the site to speak to someone and cancel. If you can't get on to the site how can you query something or cancel an unauthorised subscription? This is either a scam or extremely poor service.
