“My advice to everyone is to stay away… My advice to everyone is to stay away from this site. Reasons for saying this: Their customer service is very rude and unhelpful, they treat people like gambling scum... you send e-mail nobody respond..and then they asking document as if they are asking like your life story…they asked me for a payment method was six month ago… suddenly !!!!…that is, they been making play games six months.. i lost,i win,i deposit&withdraw money no thick…They say they are proud of their customer service, but no one cares or bothers to respond to the e-mails I send. They say they are abiding by the rules, I respect them, but they ask for documents when they feel like it {I have already sent whatever documents are needed} but they do whatever they want... that is, according to their type. ...I followed the rules and did whatever they asked, but suddenly they say we won't pay, brother....now i have won some money causing all kinds of difficulties to avoid paying.. I will report my complaint to all the places I can complain, do not be a toy in the hands of such malicious people. Thank you for reading my story..”

After placing your initial bet/purchasing your initial ticket(s), you opted to subscribe to your numbers in order to place your numbers on subsequent draws. This was confirmed on your screen and also via email, and has therefore been charged accordingly. There are only 2 ways a subscription can be activated on a LottoGo account: After placing your initial bet, you are presented with a pop-up offering you a subscription to your bet/ticket(s). This pop up informs you of charges that will be due, as well as the Terms and Conditions; or After placing your initial bet, you can visit the ‘My Bets & Tickets’ area, where the option to subscribe to any of your current bets is displayed, in either Jackpots or Syndicate tabs. Once you tap to subscribe, you are presented with a pop-up that informs you of charges that will be due, as well as the Terms and Conditions. All bets are placed as a one-off initially, however, once you tap ‘Confirm Subscription’ within one of the pop-ups specified above, your subscription will be immediately activated and charged as applicable. Customers are presented with the option to subscribe which can only be manually activated. “I made a one off bet and appear to have been signed up to a subscription. They are taking further larger amounts from my account. It has been completely impossible to get on to the site to speak to someone and cancel. If you can't get on to the site how can you query something or cancel an unauthorised subscription? This is either a scam or extremely poor service.”

“I used this game a few times. Would receive texts saying I had a bonus but would always result in "something went wrong" went to my bank last night they have taken $444. I transfered my last money from my account to savings and bank has confirmed they have tried to take several more payments. The bank can't do anything until the merchant receivea the payment...
