“I payed $4.00 on the 24/12/25 for an entry to a game. I cant find my any tickets in the app. Furthermore, you took a further $44.00 out of my paypal without my authority on the 26/12/25. I did not sign up for a subscription. Why was this money withdrawn? I cannot find anyway to speak to a person who can explain. Your live chat and questions are useless. No reply or cant answer my questions. This app seems to confuse the player as to what or how much it costs to play.”

“Too many glitches, I'll stick with keno go.?.. its a much better experience with better bonuses where you don't have to spend upto 40 times your stake, for instance i won a spot 5 and had to wager all of it because my win was won on the bonus......NO GOOD!!”
