The max win on the promotion was £20, This was the maximum amount of bonus cash available to be transferred to withdrawable winnings upon completion of the promotion, and remaining bonus funds were rolled back as they were exclusive to the promotion . Bonus cash is none withdrawable as it isn't real money. Bonus cash is used to help you complete promotions. Upon completion of a promotion, the bonus cash accumulated - up to the value of the promotions max win - will be transferred to your withdrawable balance, and the rest will be reversed as it is exclusive to the promotion. “If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waiting over a week for documents to be verified after months of a hassle of a pending withdrawl of £1100, conveniently seem to get same guy a lot on chat who is rude and unhelpful.
