3 times this has happaned now where I have won money after depositing enough, they took £200 winnings from me once and just 10 mins ago I won £80 on goonies and a message came up saying they where putting it somewhere left me with £20 and now I can’t find the winnings anywhere! Absolute disgrace everyone avoid these crooks!!! Literally played my own cash and won was on a nice £80+ and then suddenly went down to £20 this is not acceptable

Complete MORONS. Close my account telling me I had a duplicate account. This was a LIE. They just do NOT like it when you win. And will tell you any excuse to close your account. It's the same with 99% of online gambling companies today. If you keep depositing and never profit, then that's ok. They will NEVER close your account. But when you win it's a different matter.

Absolutely furious with these con artists. In order to withdraw they want lots of sensitive identification documents from me ie for account verification purposes. I refuse to supply them with this has they would have all the details to scam me out of loads of money. I had a conversation with live chat about this even stating you don’t have to be verified to pay money in and play so what’s the bloody difference just pay my winnings back to my card!!!! She has now froze my account so I can’t deposit! Not that I would anyway anymore. Avoid big time - Jokers!!!

I have spread $60 in all games this my second week and $0 winnings i dont understand, I thought they said 1 and sup pays out or 2 numbers pays out still nothing I really not a gambler to continue playing I just want to win and be happy, how long does it take to win. I think this is all computerized and you have the numbers computer knows your numbers so will very hard to win big. I don't believe this is real I gave it a try any way only giving 1 star sorry. People who say they win big and it's easy well good luck.
