“I have 1 hundred and twenty pounds ....waiting to be paid out to me ....can not get live agent atall to help solve problem had email saying it's a master card problem and need to enter card details again ...then they'll try send my winnings .sent bank details off via reply to there email .......no reply still waiting .. very disappointed hope they resolve this issue soon so I can update a good revue”

“Very dissapointed with Lottogo. I had a bigger win exactly a week ago. Made a withdraw and still waiting for money to arrive to my bank. It took them 5 days to verify my account( thats shocking). Then got an email sorry with cant process your withdrawal please contact us. I spoke to them and they kept saying its my bank. Told me to speak to my bank and then come back to them. This made me feel like I am begging for someones money ( I deposited, I played and I won). Ive spent nearly 30 minutes talking to my bank and they reassured me my bank didnt decline any incoming payment. In fact there wasnt even payment made from lotto go ( what a liar lottogo you are). My bank even contacted global world payment department and they said from the bank side its everything fine. Bank said lottogo makes a refund to client's accounts and they dont do payments thats why its bouncing back.or they say your bank its declining. Bank told me to ask lottogo what is exact problem if they are saying my bank is declining payment. I have contacted customer service again. They kept telling me its my bank. Ive asked them what is exact problem and they couldnt give me a reason ( he apparently contacted they payment department). I told them you need to make a payment and do not make a refund. Then got an email from lotto go we are processing your refund and it will take 3-5 days to process it. I read reviews before I joined this website but didnt believe it to negative reviews (silly me). I have to say I should never joined lotto go, when you win they make it very difficult for you to make a withdraw and what a carry on they make for you. They have no problem whatsever for you to deposit of speed of a light but withdraw its like to watch paint to dry. I am very dissapointed with lottogo and wouldnt recommened this website at all unless you like to chew with them. It feels like you have to beg for something.”

“Scam. I had never heard of Lottogo and last night I had some money deposited into my account to get me through to next pay and next thing I know Lottogo has withdrawn $124(AUD) from my account. When I contacted them the agent went into a speel about I subscribed and confirmed my subscription. I didn't subscribe to anything least of all to spend this excessive amount on lottery entries when I barely have enough to eat. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be refunded.... What an absolute joke....”

“My advice to everyone is to stay away… My advice to everyone is to stay away from this site. Reasons for saying this: Their customer service is very rude and unhelpful, they treat people like gambling scum... you send e-mail nobody respond..and then they asking document as if they are asking like your life story…they asked me for a payment method was six month ago… suddenly !!!!…that is, they been making play games six months.. i lost,i win,i deposit&withdraw money no thick…They say they are proud of their customer service, but no one cares or bothers to respond to the e-mails I send. They say they are abiding by the rules, I respect them, but they ask for documents when they feel like it {I have already sent whatever documents are needed} but they do whatever they want... that is, according to their type. ...I followed the rules and did whatever they asked, but suddenly they say we won't pay, brother....now i have won some money causing all kinds of difficulties to avoid paying.. I will report my complaint to all the places I can complain, do not be a toy in the hands of such malicious people. Thank you for reading my story..”
