“I cancelled my subscription but it's still came out my bank twice! Proper slimy!”

“They sent an email asking me to give them a 5 star review in exchange for 20 free scratch cards. They didn’t give me the scratch cards and their online assistance service is ineffective. Won’t be coming back here”

AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE A QUESTION THEY CANT ANSWER THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT SO YOU CANT EVEN GET IN TO ACCESS IT OR DELETE YOUR CARD OR INFO! I am reporting these guys to my bank tomorrow and getting a new card and all of the charges made after I asked to cancel my card (thank goodness I kept copies of the entire conversations and got the transcript sent to me I highly recommend doing so if you need to do anything with this company) will be reported as fraud! I wish I could add photos, it says I can but does not give me the option to.”
