“I placed an order for Angelica root on May 13 and paid extra money for next day delivery, however, the delivery did not take place until May 16 afternoon. So the shipment could not be picked up by the person who brought it to me from London to Chile and it was left there until I travel again, perhaps until next year. I think it is important to have confidence in the delivery dates when placing an order and in this case they have failed completely. I can not comment on what I had bought because it simply did not arrive at the final destination.”

“I ordered some ground spices & polenta. Cooked polenta last night & it's very good. Customer service was excellent. Evri had problems delivering the parcel. It eventually arrived and Daphne sent another parcel for which I wasn't charged as compensation for the delivery delay. I'd use Justingredients again.”

“I'm an amatuer cook. I like catering for family and friends and get fed up buying small qualities of often not very good quality spices and herbs from the supermarkets, for stupid prices, probably paying more for the packaging!. Justingredients stuff is great quality and reasonable prices.”
