“My complaint is more about the after care I got my brand new watch on 8th October I wore it for two Days. Both days it lost 20 mins in time. But after messaging GB about and what they could do.. nothing No reply No follow up at all. I absolutely love the watch and just want it to Work properly”

“Ordered a twin pack of silver cleaning. Received a single tub in a bubblewrap envelope which severely turn with the product visible and unprotected. Emailed seller who promptly dispatched second tub with apologies and asked for photos of wrapping I sent what I could due to limited capacity for photos on return site. Happy with outcome.”

“The Sekonda watch I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition, alas the strap (bracelet) was far too short to fit my wrist, which was a surprise as I have always ended up removing excess links from a strap, although I've not had a Sekonda before - I was advised by GB Watch Shop that Sekonda bracelets are always of this size, therefore I will be returning the watch and looking to other brands next time.”
