“Good value and delivery but they lost my request to adjust band and suggest I fix locally. Not impressed!”

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received from us. As per our email, its not that we lost the request, it had gone into our junk mail. We are in the process of updating our site to advise customer to call if they have not received a response to their email to avoid this happening again.
