“Ordered a watch winder for my son which arrived very swiftly but had a plug missing. I contacted GB who were very apologetic and a plug arrived within 48 hours. I was kept up to date with the despatch and tracking details. Such a refreshing change to receive such pleasant and efficient customer service. I will definitely purchase from this company in the future.”

“Purchased Radley ladies watch as a gift. Easy to order, good price and fast despatch and delivery. My only concern was bubble wrap envelope was torn and corner of cardboard covering box was slightly damaged but the main box was fine. I understand this happened during shipping but I would suggest retailer puts extra bubble wrap protection around the actual watch box before it is put in envelope to protect it.”
