“I purchased a beautiful watch, and received awesome service. I emailed twice and got a reply the next day the first time, and the same day the second time. I also called and got a human being, all questions asked, were answered satisfactorily. Quick delivery as well. I highly recommend them for your jewellery needs, and I'll definitely visit them again.”

“No problems with the web site or how the order was dealt with. My only problems were with Royal Mail. I had to reschedule the delivery date they offered. They acknowledged the new date I had requested, but didn't deliver on that date, or the day after. Only after another reschedule did I get the watch.”

Hi Graham, Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear the delivery issues were with Royal Mail, and not with the ordering process itself. We’re glad the site and order handling worked smoothly for you. If there’s anything else you’d like us to help with, feel free to reach out. Kind regards, Team GB Watch Shop

“Parcel arrived squashed and packaging appeared to be open. Likely a return and not advertised as such.”

Helpful Report

Thank you for your feedback. We can assure you that the watch was not a return or refurbished item. Any refurbished watches sold on our website are clearly listed and advertised as such. Unfortunately, Casio’s outer packaging is quite soft and can sometimes become squashed during transit. We’re sorry this gave you the impression that the item had previously been opened or returned. Had you contacted us on receiving the watch, we would have been more than happy to look into this and rectify any issue with the packaging.
