“Disappointed to find that the watch had a very long expanding strap. Took to local jewellers shop and was told that it was not possible to shorten it without damage. My wife's wrist is 16 cm not the 20+ cm of the unexpanded attached strap. Pleased with watch, not with strap. Have been told by GB watch that this review section is for service satisfaction not product satisfaction. Perhaps GB watch would be offering a better service if they asked for wrist size before purchase re watches with expanding straps.”

Sorry to hear about the strap issue. We understand this caused disappointment. As you may see from our site and other reviews we do offer a free bracelet bracelet adjustment and this is shown under EVERY product which has a bracelet. “Really happy with the service from GB Watch Shop. Managed to get a great deal on a recently released Seiko (29% below rrp). Ordered Saturday morning and was on my wrist by Monday afternoon. The only minor niggle was an unstamped / dated warranty card but not sure would matter to anyone else on a watch at this price point.”

“Purchased for the first time, prompt dispatch and delivery. I had requested my watch be adjusted having provided wrist measurements however slightly disappointed that it was too tight somehow, will have to have an extra link added for perfect fit.. Overall service was very good!,”
