“Purchased Radley ladies watch as a gift. Easy to order, good price and fast despatch and delivery. My only concern was bubble wrap envelope was torn and corner of cardboard covering box was slightly damaged but the main box was fine. I understand this happened during shipping but I would suggest retailer puts extra bubble wrap protection around the actual watch box before it is put in envelope to protect it.”

“I explicitly asked before purchasing whether this was a new or refurbished product and was told it was brand new. What arrived had visible scratches on the watch strap — this is simply not acceptable. To make it worse, I bought this as a gift for someone close to me. Completely let down by both the product quality and the dishonesty. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere.”

“Nice simple budget watch. The 'winder' tends to dig in the wrist when doing jobs, but the same with all watches I suppose. The strap was very large for me. It took a little time and patience but I managed to reduce the links, which saved a visit to the jewellers. Good communiction regarding delivery, which was pretty quick.”
