“Purchased for the first time, prompt dispatch and delivery. I had requested my watch be adjusted having provided wrist measurements however slightly disappointed that it was too tight somehow, will have to have an extra link added for perfect fit.. Overall service was very good!,”

“Great watch delivered but when i went to adjust the time the spindle fell out , sent it back no problem and replacement sent out straight away vary happy with service cheers”

“The watch was all as expected. The only problem being that watchshop altered the strap at our request, but it was a fraction small so we asked our local jewellers to put a section back in. There was no pin included with the spares so not the best. Overall we were pleased with everything else and deivery time was excellent.”
