“An amazing service. Fast delivery and great communication. Even got a free gift. I love the watch. But it’s for my son’s 21st at the end of January. So time will tell. Would buy from yourself again. Thanks”

“Really happy with the service from GB Watch Shop. Managed to get a great deal on a recently released Seiko (29% below rrp). Ordered Saturday morning and was on my wrist by Monday afternoon. The only minor niggle was an unstamped / dated warranty card but not sure would matter to anyone else on a watch at this price point.”

“Purchased for the first time, prompt dispatch and delivery. I had requested my watch be adjusted having provided wrist measurements however slightly disappointed that it was too tight somehow, will have to have an extra link added for perfect fit.. Overall service was very good!,”

“Dear sir / madam, sorry but when your old and grey u have slightly blurred memory did I buy two hugo watches from yourselves if so they came delivered at speed and very good value for money. Also very easily tracked compared with other retailers, two for grandsons who can become envious of each other, so all good Thanks..”
