“Excellent products and service however, I have an issue with the Album/refills combination which I ordered recently in so far as some of the refills do not fit properly when the album is closed. I.e. they stick out 2cm. from the album covers. I have to say that I became a little confused as to which pocket refill fitted which album and I followed the advice given of compatibilty/refill pages etc. That has obviously not worked 100%. Disappointing after spending so much money..”

“I ordered the Leuchtturm Postcard album and it was delivered very speedily . I had compared its value to those on sale at WH Smiths and even with added postage the Arrowfile price was the most competitive . The album is of good quality . The only downside I found was that the two almost identical Leuchtturm post card albums I had bought a few years ago were about 1 1/2 cms shorter and so did not exactly match. Not much of a criticism though .”
