“Usefuland efficietnt when ordering, but it's a pity they seem to had stopped selling side openng CD files as the new top opening ones don'r fit the ninders as well.”
“In the past I have been very pleased with Arrowfile's excellent service but I am compiling "this is your life" albums for my 4 grandchildren to give them on their 18th birthdays. At present these albums are stored on a shelf and don't get looked at very often. Sadly one of the album's spring clips has lost its power to stay closed and I am going to have to replace it. As these albums and inserts are designed to last, I am very disappointed. I have just purchased 4 more of these as each child has 3 albums almost full and I want them all to match. I am therefore disappointed that I will need to buy another to replace the loose spring clip. (A4 Chevron Binder album Wine.) As you will realise, I have spent a lot of money on the albums and inserts.”
“Bought a couple of folders to house my CD collection - very smart and sturdy if rather expensive - should last me a good many years in keeping my collection in one place without the Jewel Cases taking up a lot of space”
“I am usually very happy with Arrowfile products, but since I have been buying pocket refills, I have had 3 different RAMM20 designs. The first without a header, the second with a header and the third is wider than the others. I really do like consistency so rather disappointed that they keep changing.”
Hi Judith, I'm sorry to hear this. We offer a number of different 20-pocket refills to suit different items. I can see that your latest order was for the RA926M instead of the RAMM20 - if you would like to arrange an exchange for the RAMM20, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
“The Arrowfile brand has been bought by S&N Genealogy Supplies, who have improved the quality of the sleeves.
Unfortunately due to a change in manufactuerrer they are 230mm wide (instead of 240mm wide) so unfortunately look messy when used with the older sleeves.
They would however be fine if used together in a new album.
Just be aware!”
“Very easy to order. Great range of products. I was struggling to find the album I wanted but Arrowfile had just the kind of album I was looking for. It is a gift so I have not opened it. The actually item is well packed and even comes in its own box. Unfortunately I could only give 4 stars, as I feel the actually box the item travelled in could have been a bit stronger, as one corner was split and there was a couple of smaller items in my order that could have fallen out. Luckily nothing was missing from my order.”
“Beautiful quality ring binder at a good price. Bought 2 to try first & have bought more since.
The only issue was choice of courier as had difficulty getting my item delivered when the tracking said it would be.”
“I've been using Arrowfile for some years to provide sheets for my larger photographs. My older photographs show no sign of deterioration and they always arrive promptly after ordering. They nicely fill the gap left by Kenro when it ceased to provide photographic sheets for the larger sizes.”
