“In the past I have been very pleased with Arrowfile's excellent service but I am compiling "this is your life" albums for my 4 grandchildren to give them on their 18th birthdays. At present these albums are stored on a shelf and don't get looked at very often. Sadly one of the album's spring clips has lost its power to stay closed and I am going to have to replace it. As these albums and inserts are designed to last, I am very disappointed. I have just purchased 4 more of these as each child has 3 albums almost full and I want them all to match. I am therefore disappointed that I will need to buy another to replace the loose spring clip. (A4 Chevron Binder album Wine.) As you will realise, I have spent a lot of money on the albums and inserts.”

“The Arrowfile brand has been bought by S&N Genealogy Supplies, who have improved the quality of the sleeves.
Unfortunately due to a change in manufactuerrer they are 230mm wide (instead of 240mm wide) so unfortunately look messy when used with the older sleeves.
They would however be fine if used together in a new album.

“Very easy to order. Great range of products. I was struggling to find the album I wanted but Arrowfile had just the kind of album I was looking for. It is a gift so I have not opened it. The actually item is well packed and even comes in its own box. Unfortunately I could only give 4 stars, as I feel the actually box the item travelled in could have been a bit stronger, as one corner was split and there was a couple of smaller items in my order that could have fallen out. Luckily nothing was missing from my order.”
