“I love the high quality of Arrowfile's products, and the fact that the same ranges are available year after year. My archive project is necessarily a slow, steady build-up of material so it's great to know I can go back to Arrowfile even after a lapse of time, and get new items to match my existing ones. Oh, and did I say they're really high quality? Made to last and to carefully protect precious items. My order always arrives really quickly too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“Excellent service, with helpful staff and rapid delivery. I use your products to store photograhic prints and am more than satisfied with the quality of albums and inserts, though I miss the old labels.”
“Usefuland efficietnt when ordering, but it's a pity they seem to had stopped selling side openng CD files as the new top opening ones don'r fit the ninders as well.”
“Always a fast and efficient service. This time there was an issue with my order and Fiona went well beyond the call of duty to sort it out. I was very impressed.”
“Arrowfile is great for collectors as it offers good display and storage solutions for all types of collections and hobbies. I have album storage for pin badges and artist trading cards and a secure case for coins.
Prices are quite high but this is reflected in the quality of the items.
I would highly recommend Arrowfile. I have used them for years.”
“We inherited a load of family photos which were mostly very small approximately 2in x 2 1/2in and some quite fragile.
The 6 pocket Arrowfile pages were ideal, allowing us to slip the photos in and out as we sorted and put duplicates together without damaging them.
We also used other Arrowfile pages to hold the occasional larger photos and all fitted into our Photo binders together. As we used the pages single sided the backs were visible to reference any writing without disturbing the photos.
Altogether a really useful and flexible resource for what was quite a major project.”
“A really great service...I am a repeat customer and always amazed at how quick my order is prcocessed and delivered to me, very well packaged.
I also have to add that customer service via e'mail is also outstanding...thank you!”
“Maybe not the cheapest but quality is outstanding. I have files and inserts which are over 30 years old and look like new. Photos are in the same condition as when they were put in the inserts. Would not consider buying from anywhere else.”
