“I have been a customer of Arrowfile for many years and that probably says it all. The products have never varied in quality, arrive quickly and well packed. I have just ordered the third album for my current project and know that there are always pages which will fill my needs, even if I change my interest. Overall brilliant.”
“One of my albums I received from my order was damaged with the ring hooks section at the top had come away.So couldn't use.I contacted Arrow and Becky had come back to me to say this would be replaced.A day later the album appeared all top condition so I could carry on putting my archive away.Welldone to Becky & the team. And thankyou to everyone to sorting out my orders.I will be in touch again soon”
“Arrowfile sells a wide range of top quality storage items for collectors. The 'turn around' time between placing an order and receiving the products is excellent and packaging is first class. i willcertainly use them again when the need arises.”
“Looked for ages and practically gave up in getting the relevant sleeves for my postcards. Couldn't see them easily on the web site, however after a quick email which was answered very promtply (virtually unheard of now a days) found exactly what I require. Soon to sort out my coin collection and will undoubtedly deal with Arrowfile. Yes they are a bit more expensive but you pay for what you get. They have already helped via email with that.
A bit disappointed that I couldn't get specific binders (blocked or printed as postcards.) Maybe something for the future.
Would recommend this company.”
