“I ordered two packets of a medication and only received one so had to£20 stolen. There is no email/phone number/love chat etc on the website and also no order card with information when I received. I will be contacting my bank to flag. Would not order or go near access doctor again.”

“A fairly seamless sign up and ordering process, but with enough reassuring checks and balances. I can buy my medication over the counter but it is so much easier to bulk buy, and make sure it is there when I need it. My GP had pointed out years ago it was cheaper to buy it then pay for prescription.”
