“I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve paid for something the I didn’t receive and I will never receive. 🤯🤯🤯😡😡😡Horrible experience overall. I’ve ordered a product and never arrived. I spent days trying to contact both Royal Mail and them too in order to understand what happened as my parcel looked delivered but never arrived. After several phone calls, messages and emails I find out that the parcel has been returned to the seller. I’ve asked to have the delivery again and they ask me more money, I’ve asked for a refund and they refused to refund a shampoo on the grounds of possible alterations of the product itself. We have concierge at the ground floor that always receive the parcels for us if we are not home or if the parcel doesn’t have the flat number. I’ve been ordering everything online from all around the world and never had a problem that couldn’t be fixed. You are stealing peoples money…”
