“I ordered 2 bottles of Optilast eyedrops. I have received 2 bottles of a generic azalastine Hydrochloride. I am aware that optilast eyedrops are azalastine hydrochloride, however the drops you have sent me are not fit for purpose. The dispenser bottles are so poor that they do not dispense a droplet of eydrops, half the contents of the bottle comes out like an eye wash. The company has been emailed with my concern to resolve this but they have not responded. Poor service - I wont be using them again and do not recommend them.”
