“Having had no luck getting ANY attention from NHS doctors at my surgery, even after long waits, and after being misdiagnosed by a consultant that I paid for out of my own pocket (180 quid for 15 useless minutes), I used Access Doctor. I got immediate help. The prescriptions were effective. And the doctors actually listened to my concerns and looked at the photos of the skin issues I had uploaded. I have only good things to say about Access Doctor. I do think one needs to see a doctor in person at least once a year, to cover little things before they become big. But until the government ceases trashing the NHS, I'm quite happy to have access to Access Doctors. BTW, they sent the prescriptions to my local chemist ASAP. Great system, really.”
