“I tried to order a product through this company but received an email from them saying they were unable to process the order due to being unable to verify my age. I then ordered the product from another company that was able to verify my age. Access doctor then emailed me to say my original order had been approved and that payment had been taken. I emailed them to explain what had happened and asked them to please refund and cancel the order. They did not acknowledge my email and so I then tried to call them repeatedly during the hours they say they’re open on their website but just got put through to voicemail repeatedly. I then received the items that they said they were unable to prescribe and was charged for them. I then tried to email / call the company once again and again received no response. After giving up on phone calls and emails, I left a review on trust pilot and subsequently a phone call from access doctor during which they explained that the issue had resulted from a system error which they were aware of. They asked if I could just keep the unwanted medication and I explained that this wasn’t an acceptable outcome as I didn’t need two sets of the same medication. The person who called me said they would need to speak to a manager to resolve the situation and that they would call me. This was a week ago and I’m still waiting for a call.”
