Love our kitchen bought in January. Our fitter had no difficulties and the after sale service from Wren was good.

We visited Wrens showroom out of curiosity but were hooked after seeing such super designs, so went for a new kitchen . There were no hitches every thing went to plan and it was completed on time .Thoroughly recommend .

Nice kitchen, installers were not the greatest in terms of raising issues after the pre visit that should have been identified prior to start of works during pre - survey.

Nice welcome into store at Silverlink by Christina our kitchen planner. She listened to our needs and there was no hard sell involved. A problem with the original fitters but this was sorted seamlessly. Second fitting team took time and was without a kitchen /sink/washer etc for 10 days but all worth it now it's completed as beautiful.

We did have a few problems with the design of our kitchen, but got a partial refund after several calls and visits to the showroom. Let's just say that if you have to modify any cabinets to complete the design you should know that it voids the warranty, the sales people won't tell you. But after that... Some of the soft-close hinges are already failing (6 months). The rubber pads that go on the inside of the doors keep falling off. Ready-built cabinets sound like a good idea, but just means that when they are slightly out of square you are stuck with it. The legs don't fit on the oven housing with drawer under, there is a bodgy fix described on an extra bit of paper in the box. We got the premium laminate tops. The edging is bumpy and has marks on it from the heat when it was applied (in the factory). We also had a specially made thick piece of worktop for our hob, it had several small marks on the top, nothing too obvious. We chose to live with it rather than go another 4 weeks without a kitchen while we waited for a replacement. If you opt for painted oak, don't be fooled, this only applies to the doors. The plinths and end panels etc are all MDF or chipboard and the MDF corner posts are a different shade to everything else, plus the doors have warped slightly since install, mostly noticeable on the larder door because it is bigger. My first and last kitchen from Wren.

We were excited with the range of styles and colours that we had to choose from at Wren's. We looked at the build quality compared to other brands and were happy that Wren's were certainly as good as the best of the rest, even though they were considerably cheaper. The designer offered a range of options and some features we hadn't considered until we settled on a final plan that was within our budget, we were happy. I had decided I would install the kitchen myself, I have installed a few before, and with a delivery date agreed I began getting everything ready. The new kitchen arrived on the day agreed and I began the installation the following day. We had a few small problems, but nothing that held up the installation, and Wren's customer service was excellent. The kitchen has been installed for just over a year and nothing has broken or stopped working, we are still very pleased with our Wren's kitchen.

From design to delivery, nothing was too much trouble. Even when we decided to add some items after the delivery was made, they were so helpful and did not charge us an additional delivery fee! The products are great quality, well packaged during delivery, and the plans (if you install yourself) are spot on. Thank you.

Chris at the Birstall,Leeds branch was exceptional. He knew the product inside out and was very knowledgeable about the company ethos. He was very professional, polite, smart and intelligent. The corporate company image he conveyed was outstanding. He made the whole experience very simple and relaxing. Chris is a genuine credit to 'Wren' and I strongly feel he should be recognised for this. We usually have a 'cooling off' period before we make such a major purchase. However, considering we have been looking for a new kitchen for around 18 months now and, moreover the service we received from. Chris, we ordered it there and then. Briliant Chris. Thank-you so much. We just hope that the rest of the process goes as smoothly and to our satisfaction.

Wren Kitchens have been excellent to deal with. Our kitchen looks fantastic and we've managed to squeeze in more than we'd hoped even though it's a smallish size. For the price, would definitely recommend.
