“I've had my wren kitchen for almost a year now and there's still nothing to complain about. The quality is excellent and it still looks brand new. No one ever believes me when I tell them how reasonable the price was. Also, as I remember it, the shop staff at the north shields branch were very friendly and helpful. Still 5 stars and no negatives at all.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. The staff at the showroom were incredibly helpful in ensuring that all options were explained and shared with us. The service really was brilliant and ensured we chose the right kitchen. We were also so impressed with the ideas given by the plans and the detail that Wren went into to give us our perfect kitchen. They really did do everything possible to ensure we got the kitchen we dreamed of. I couldn’t believe the price either - it was such a good deal for such a modern and attractive kitchen. It didn’t take long for delivery at all and once fitted it really does look absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t have wished for anything more from my experience with Wren. Thankyou.”

“Spent 12.5k buying a new kitchen from Wren. The quality of cupboards and other parts was very good. The customer service, though was poor and inefficient. Mistakes were not fixed and/or claimed to have been made by the sub-contractor. For example, there was a mistake about the granite worktop size. The response by Wren was "As the worktop is not produced by us, we can not advise on specific fitting requirements." Other mistakes were handled poorly. The very good design and quality is not matched by the unacceptable after sales care. We wouldn't recommend going with Wren.”

“I have tried to write a review for them before but I cannot see it published so I am writing again as I was so thrilled with my kitchen. It was good to be able to see the units displayed in a showroom as it was easy to see the choices available. Someone came to my home to measure and following my choice of units I was able to see a computerised image of the units in my kitchen. A date was selected for delivery and everything arrived fully assembled and the well packaged boxes were well labelled and numbered to correspond with the wall planner supplied for my builder to follow. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the units and was very satisfied with the quote supplied as I did a lot of research before deciding to go with wrens. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“We were very happy with the service we received from wren kitchens , from start to finish. When we first went to look around the showroom in Hull, we couldn’t have been better looked after. They helped us design a kitchen that would fit our slightly odd shaped kitchen, and it now looks amazing. Everything was made very easy with their expert and very friendly staff 👍”

“Purchased a wren kitchen last year and DIY installed, the plans for DIY were very substantial and easy to understand. I had no problems other than a wrong door supplied and a missing pelmet, both errors were replaced quickly and with any fuss. One minor criticism is that the plans should state clearly that the Pelmets and corniches should be either butt joints or mitred. I made the mistake of mitring and was left short of the corniche.”

“I ordered my kitchen last year and kept it on hold until the rest of my plans were in place. The design process was very easy and the design program they use in the showroom really helps you imagine how the kitchen will look in real life. I was also working to a strict budget and the designed, Anwar, was excellent at finding a way of giving me the kitchen I needed, but for a price which worked for me.”

“they listened, believe it or not this made a huge difference in our kitchen purcase, other companies wanted to take over designing what we wanted to suit them, Wren worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted - a high quality kitchen, fitted expertly at a great price. “I took about 6 months to plan with four design changes and staff at the Bristol store were really patient and helpful - and not pushy at all. New kitchen is now installed and I'm really glad I took the time to get it right - it's fabulous and great quality.”

“From choosing and designing my kitchen through to the fitted kitchen I cannot fault wrens.It was great to visit a show room and actually see the designs rather than just view a catalogue.My designer helped me make choices that fitted my kitchen. They then sent a person to measure and take photos and I was invited back to the showroom to see my computerised design. I was given a very competitive price and selected a date for delivery to suit my builders timescale. Every item arrived very well packed and labelled with numbers on the boxes to tie in with the kitchen plan making them easy for my builder to identify. All the units arrive fully assembled apart from shelves saving on fitting time.I had done a lot of research and had 4 other quotes from different suppliers before choosing wrens. I,m really thrilled with the finished result and the quality of the kitchen . I would happily recommend them”
