“The service from Wren from planning to delivery has been exemplary. The kitchen design was 100% accurate and all units fitted perfectly and were of a good quality. All items were delivered on time, undamaged, and had all the required parts to complete the project. We would not hesitate to use Wren again and would recommend them to anyone who wanted an affordable dream kitchen.”

“Had a nice experience from start to finish. We went over lots of options with the designer instore when choosing what we wanted. The units got scanned as they came off the delivery truck so that was all done in under 15 minutes. And the kitchen fitter did a tidy job. So after 1 month with our new kitchen we are very happy with it.”

“I was a bit worried on going ahead with the wren kitchen after reading so manybad reviews, but I needn’t have worried the kitchen was installed with only 1 small problem a small nick in plastic covering to a cupboard door which left a scratch on the door installer requested a replacement and was received 2 days later. The quality of the kitchen is superb all units are a lot more solid than other I looked at also the doors are a lot thicker which is required for suction on fridge & freezer I would recommend Wren also the fitting company supplied by Wren Everyone who comes to my house remarks on a beautiful kitchen Well done Wren & Red Services”

“From the very start of looking at a new kitchen wren were much more informative and insprational with new ideas for layouts. Ordering made very simple infact a joy. the kitchen was delivered very promptley and in quick time after being messed around by building work. I fitted the kitchen myself which was made simple by having the units already made and all the plans and instructions in paper form and on the computer videos. I was taken into hospital half way through the build and when i came home i started the kitchen again and as luck would have it, the very last pannel had a dent on the corner of it, i thought i may have trouble Wren as almost 3 months had passed, i explaned what had happened and in a flash was told dont worry they will have a new pannel to me in 3 days with no charge. Well what a great company. The Kitchen looks GREAT very well made, great finish and great help. THANKS WREN. HIGHLY RECOMENDED 10/10. What more could you ask for.”

“I had a very positive experience with Wren that ended up in a lovely kitchen. The designer Akvile in Reading was patient with us to choose and make the necessary adjustments. I had some ideas to add a bespoke shelves and larder unit matching the kitchen design. All ended up lovely. One other thing when I went for the design I already had a quote from wicks premium kitchen for a similar design and Wren actually matched it and i am glad they did.”

“If i could give no stars then I would ... dire company ... we're charged 9,000 for six units and told their fitter was great at tiling .. a 3 year old could have done better ... now we are left with a rubbish kitchen and they don't want to know ... couldn't do enough for us when they wanted the job ... be very wary !!!”

“Lee at the newport store was friendly and full of tips infomation and ideas on creating my kitchen.. The kitchen was delivered on time and carefully stacked. A comprehensive fitting plan was sent for installation. There was slight marks on cabinet door and draw front which have replaced without question or delay. All staff I have contact with have been professional and helpful. Even confirming receipt of order and delivery at the start.”

“We have had our kitchen fitted now for 6months can honestly say we are still very happy. Units are very well made, service at branch was excellent, everything was complete & on time with the delivery. Cant vouch for Wrens installers as I fitted it myself was straight forward.”

“Our kitchen delivery was cancelled without us being informed, we only found out a week before the delivery was due when they called to schedule a smaller order for our utility room. They then rescheduled the delivery over a week later causing us issues with our fitters. We also had to repeatedly contact our kitchen designer, over a 4 week period in order to get them to order the redesign that we had done, we were repeatedly promised this would be done, we had to speak to the store manager in order to actually resolve the issue. Really not impressed, this is the 2nd kitchen we have bought from wren, the 1st time everything was fine, this time the level of service has been very poor”

“Had our new kitchen planned and designed at Wren stirling by Hannah and it was so easy to do with her help and the fitting team from ebony arrived on the arranged date and did a fantastic job of removing our old kitchen and installing our new one with the minimum of mess and disruption would highly recommended Wren”
