“Not what I expected - received a copy of my picture on clear paper”

“Received the phone case In a timely manner however the phone case has been on the phone for only 3 days and have cracked down the corner. I ensured I ordered the hard case to prevent this from happen, however the phone has barely been used due to being on a holiday so there is no way the case could have been dropped or damaged.”

“I ordered a case for my 13" MacBook Pro. When it arrived it has two small blemishes on the case. It is poor quality and looks cheap. Looks almost like it was printed using an InkJet printed that was running out of ink or needed its print heads aligned. In the process of returning the case. Very disappointed, especially because the case was so expensive. I ordered a case off eBay the day after this disappointing case arrived for £6.99 and it's a million times better quality wise. It's so sad because I always like to pay a higher price to get quality protection for my expensive gadgets.”

“Was disappointed that the items was a sticker. On the offer it looked like we were getting a phone case with our chosen picture on it. What we received was a sticker to place on a case. Not very clear and very disappointing.”

“I was told delivery would be about 2-5 days and a week later I'm still waiting on my order and it wasn't till I emailed to check that they hadn't actually sent out my product!! Missed my best friends birthday!!”

“Whilst the quality of the custom phonecases is superb, I was incredibly disappointed with the amount of time it took to arrive. The website states that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and that Royal Mail will deliver within 3 days of that. Because I had still not received my order over a week after I placed it, I contacted customer services to be told it was due to be sent out that week. I think this is unacceptable as when paying a delivery charge, you expect the delivery timeframes to be stuck to, not missed by a whole week!”

“The print wasn't too bad, but the actual case was too slippy to be acceptable to be used. If i actually used this, there was a high chance of dropping the phone which obviously would have broken the phone.”

“The design was nice but it took over a week to arrive, no one responded to my email query and no one answered the phone, the case also arrived with a printed mark across the top which shouldn't have been there! I wouldn't use again.”

“The product I ordered was a Samsung S7 Edge case and when my parcel was delivered the case was too small, it was a Samsung S6 case. So I'm waiting on a new phone case to be sent out to me as I've not heard anything from my email I sent”

“I was sent the wrong size phone case. Ordered for a 4/4s and received a case for a 6/6s. I'll keep it anyway in hopes one day I can afford anniohone 6”

“I got a personal phone cover made. It turned out to be horrible with half of the picture cut. So definitely not happy with that. After complaining as well I still haven't received the product.”
