Said it was dispatched on the Friday 7th April and will be delivered in 2 working days. It's now the 15th April and I'm still waiting for my parcel

The case itself is very standard, quite a hard plastic so good materials but the cut outs for the buttons are really awkward. The custom skin I uploaded which was of a high quality is also noticeably pixalated on the phone case and the temperature is very warm on the case giving the black and white image a yellow tone to it, my fault using such a busy black and white image and expecting it to be high quality. Still for family photos etc would look quite good. Not using the case which is a shame. Galaxy s7

I have still not received my phone case and it has been more than a week. I know there is a possibility that I missed the delivery but I have received no email about that either. I have absolutely no news about my product and have no clue where it is.

Was disgusted that my first order was cancelled without any notifcation and when I contacted you was told to place it again and got charged more!!!

My case i put it on and didn't realise a small crack in the top corner which has now grown to about 1 cm

Item was not shipped on time, sent after four working days when promised two. Delivery was stated as two days, but took six. Most importantly, item was of poor quality, the cut/fit of the skin on iPhone7 is poor - had to cut off the upper and lower side sections as they do not fit the curve of the phone. Colour reproduction was terrible. The image sent was bright and had a vibrant yellow, but the product sent is very muted and looks quite faded. Exceptionally poor service and very poor product.

Quick delivery - Quality was far tackier than expected. Don't think I would use again or recommend anybody else to.

I was so happy to purchase my order, even more when it turned up at my door 2 days later.. however when I opened the packaging I saw the case and as pleased at the outcome of it I was it was dissapointing to see that it had been printed on the wrong phone case and now I've just purchased a phone case with the exact photo how I liked it for a phone I don't have?:/ I then emailed the company to explain it and they never got back to me.. devastated isn't the word. However the cases and photos are exceptionally great. Couldn't ask for a better print if it was on the right case of course -.-

Very slow to process and deliver, picture cut off centre so had a white strip down one side . Wouldn't buy from again.

Ordered Mother's Day gift on 13/3/17. Still waiting for delivery. Called telephone no but doesn't doesn't connect. Emailed numerous and just got reply today 27/3/17. No idea about product quality.

thick white lines on cushion don't match up. print quality good, attention to detail terrible. hence poor not very poor.

I was directed to the site by O2 priority app with a promise of a discount - the site also confirmed the discount on checkout - but when checked out the full amount was charged Sent inquiries by emails to the support team nothing so far?

I was very disappointed with Wrappz service. I ordered a Macbook pro cover on the 24th Feb. I did not receive my item until 15th March. I emailed asking where my item was and was told there had been a delay. Wrappz did not email me to tell me of this delay. I then received an email on the 10th March saying my item would be delivered in two working days. I received my item on the 15th March. I was going to use my item at an exhibition but due to its late delivery, I could not. Very disappointing.
