“Good quality print but in my opinion slightly overpriced. Received 3 different packages instead of 1 or 2. Took nearly 2 weeks to get them!”

“Don't get me wrong the product is amazing but it took 20 days for the product to be delivered I sent emails with no response tried calling but no answer. Then eventually it got delivered.”

“The design-ability was 5 stars, super intuitive and user friendly, no complaints there. My issue is, I live in the U.S and placed my order on August 18 expecting to receive the case by the 29th for my wives birthday, but it is now September 6th and I still have not received my order. I have emailed costumer service trying to avoid the long distance call charge, and they have responded fairly quickly, but it hasn't been very reassuring responses. After emailing the following Thursday, they said they were sending it out that Friday and I should be receiving it the following week. Well Tuesday the 29th rolls around and I email them again just to make sure it was sent and they told me, No, but that it was getting sent out that day. It has now been 8 days and I have still not received my order. Not sure that I will be ordering anything else from here. Especially since there has been no offer for a refund, or them to pay for the shipping or anything. Seems like they should since they claim to have "2 day shipping." Not very impressed with Wrappz. Get it together guys.”

“The quality of the towel is very poor. Wouldn't last 5 mins. Resembles more of an enlarged flannel rather than a towel(quality wise not size). Extremely thin and subsequently not that impressed for 30 smackers”

“This is the 3rd time I have ordered the other orders were brill this one hadn't been pre cut so trying to cut the holes for the camera was awful and I ended up by cutting the photo sonhad to throw it away really not impressed this time”

“Having to cut out the shape of your phone is very tricky especially around the camera area & home button. Pre-cut would be better I ended up having to bin mine as it looked awful.”

“I wasn't expecting it to be one sticker sheet! You have to cut out everything phone size camera hole button even the fake screen!! I haven't done it as not steady enough! Won't bother again glad I only paid postage!”

“The photo that I choose was a amazing photo but when it arrived it was too dark and the faces were to red. The colouring was all wrong. I won't be using the photo case at all. I feel like it was waste of money”

“Print seems like a good quality and it delivered in good hard envelope which meant that the postman didn't damage it... unfortunately the delivery time was not what was indicated on the website so it arrived later than the event we had it printed for so it has not yet been applied to the laptop as there is no need now.”
