“Print seems like a good quality and it delivered in good hard envelope which meant that the postman didn't damage it... unfortunately the delivery time was not what was indicated on the website so it arrived later than the event we had it printed for so it has not yet been applied to the laptop as there is no need now.”

“This was my first order and I have still not received my phone cover. The order was placed nearly 2 weeks ago. I emailed support 24 hours ago regarding god and have still not had a reply.”

“I can't complain too much cause I got the skin for free and just had to pay for delivery, however I do still expect a good service. It took the product two weeks to get to me, I emailed after one week, and all I got was, it's on its way, so after the second week I asked for the order to be cancelled and asked for a refund however that email got ignored for 2/3 days in which the product arrived which I didn't want howeever I didn't not want to deal with the customer service anymore so I just kept it.”

“I am pleased with the product that I ordered (personalised MacBook case) as it is good quality. However the online tool is not particularly user friendly and my product ended up with some of the background colour showing through where there is a gap between my pictures which was not visible on the online too. This is disappointing. Also the delivery stated 2 working days so my item should have arrived on Thursday 1st June however it arrived on Tuesday 6th June. I bought the item as a gift for my sister whose birthday was on Friday 2nd June therefore I missed this.”

“-The image is low quality which may have been my fault but a quality check would be a nice improvement. -After having it for a few days it scratches very easily.”

“Took a week for my order to be dispatched despite the dispatch time being 2 working days and when the order arrived, my laptop skin appeared in a poor quailty as well as there are two very clear vertical lines (looks more like an indentation) across my skin. Disappointed.”

“Load of crap! 2 days delivery? No chance! Ordered over a week a go, expected a slight delay due to the bank holiday but still no item! Emailed them to check where it was and all of a sudden "it has been dispatched" today.No aknowlegement of previous email. Would not recommend this place.”

“Unfortunately I am still awaiting the phone case that I ordered 2 weeks ago, despite it being dispatched and due to be received by 18 May. Regretfully there is no onward contact point for me to contact, and I fear that I may have lost the order. Luckily it didn't cost me that much, and Ill put it down to experience.”
