“The cover I got was too big, I had to cut it to size, which became ugly. When I ordered I searched for Macbook Pro 17'', with logo uncut. There was only one option, which I selected. Nowhere was a mention of a certain version of Macbook, or the real size in cm. If I knew this, I would not have ordered.”

“Poor quality image and the case did not fit my iPhone se, it was too small. They were really good at getting back to me when I emailed with my complaint and then refunded my money back the same day. Thank you for being helpful and cooperative with my refund.”

“I ordered a phone case with a personalised picture to be printed on the back. The picture was a black patterned wallpaper. When the phone case was delivered it ended up being of a green colour which is not what I ordered. Furthermore, there is a white mark, about 1cm in length that has been printed on the phone. Something that was not in the picture when I designed the phone case!”

“Template was not quite square, so unsuitable. Other skin was white.. surely common sense would be to repeat first skin if no other skin was provided. Even better, provide a downloadable high def template to allow a more accurate skin design to be submitted. I'm now having to design and print my own template.”

“Excellent delivery! Very fast, just very disappointed with the quality of the case, the colours are horrible (yellow and grey looks green) won't be using the case, but I cannot fault the delivery at all.”

“I cannot comment on the product as I am yet to receive this! Even though it states when emailing they will respond within 24 hours they don't respond. You call and they never answer :( just hoping when it eventually comes it was worth the wait.”

“Placed an order and everyone was perfect, revived dispatch email within three days but then didn't hear back. It has been over a week since the item was supposedly dispatched. I have left a voicemail with the company and tried the online customer service but received an automated email and no response since.”

“My Dell E5570 was not listed on your website so you asked me to measure the laptop to create my Skin. I did this however when it arrived it was too big as it did not allow for the hinges to open the laptop so when applied it's all scrunched up and looks really poor.”
