“The quality of the photo is really clear, however the template should have highlighted where the holes in the case were more clearly. My cas is unusable as the camera hole has cut both our heads off!”

“Very disappointed in the product/ordering process and customer service thereafter. I ordered a personalised cushion for my wife with a photo of our daughter on it, during the purchasing procedure your asked to tick a box ”to print on one side only click continue” I did that and presumed that my cushion would have my photo on one side and would be blank on the other... 🤷🏻‍♂️! When it arrived I was disappointed to find that one side was the requested photo of my daughter and the other side was the example photo from The website! I now have a beautiful cushion with a photo of my daughter on and on the reverse two complete strangers. I contacted customer service via email and was told that the system is fully automated and that there was nothing they could do to change the process to prevent it happening again. To check I wasn’t in the wrong and that it was my error a went through the same process again only to find the same problem!! Customer service offered me a discount code to use when ordering a replacement great right? How about if I told you the discount code was only for 40% off!? In my opinion it should have been for the full amount or at the very least 50% given that only 50% of my order is correct! It’s a real shame as the quality of the item is fantastic. I will not be a return customer based on all of the above and I urge you to be cautious when ordering from the site.”

“Good quality cases. Bought from here before and loved it. However, A way to cancel an order would be useful because I accidentally spent £17 on a blank white phone case for a phone I don’t even own. I know this is mostly my fault but it would’ve been great if I could cancel the order and get my money back.”

“Not happy with this product as i ordered a wrap 13" for my Apple Mac. However this came oversized which resulted in me cutting the excess when sticking it onto my laptop. As a result of this it is now peeling on one side.”

“Offer little to no protection for the phone. Very hard case that pops off as soon as the phone hits the floor. Picture was done well and looks ok. This is purely a decorative item. Do not buy it thinking it will offer much if any protection against falls.”

“The service is beautifully put together but the product are questionable I’ve ordered a printed case for my iPhone XS and it came quickly but I would never use it as the whole purpose of a case is to protect and this one it leave all the 4 corners of my display “naked” I bet first slight drop with that case and my screen is gone.Not convinced at all so I would think twice before buying next time.also I couldn’t see a image of the case shape before buying so that made it a bad experience once received.”

“It Looks and feels great but the Card slots too wide, cards just fall out even with multiple cards in 1 slot and the hinge is fraying and is very flimsy, if it wasn’t for the 50% McDonald’s voucher I’d probably return it.”

“Great Oreos slides cover however there was a fault as the cover does not close flush. After getting in contact with the customer service team I haven’t felt like I have been looked after, instead questioned about my phone etc... unfortunately the service they provide is shocking, however if the time was fit for perfect it would have been a great phone covers”

“Before ordering I heard wrappz was meant to be a good place to get good quality cases. I ordered an iPhone 5se case with pictures of my children for my nans birthday, when it arrived it was pictures of other children! This was appalling and will not be ordering from here ever again.”

“When I ordered this I thought i was ordering phone case, but what I received was a poor quality section of photos on a sticky label. Maybe I was at fault not reading the information correctly but since I had ordered from the same company a few years ago I was disappointed to say the least on the finished product.”

“I’ve always used Wrappz products for their quality of work but for the first time ever I have to say my confidence in them has taken a hit. Removing the skin was made very difficult due to the cut lines being very poor resulting in the skin being torn whilst removing it from the backing.”
