“Size is perfect but the poor resolution and color it is very dark compare to one I have send to make from. The original photo is 3840 x 2160. The final looks very poor. Never order again for this price. All needs quality for money.”

“Dispatch time 1-3 days, mine took 4 days Paid £2.95 for 1st class Royal Mail, the envelope arrived with a 2nd class label The cut was misaligned by 1 mm, although it was aligned when I submitted the design. The resolution is also quite low despite the fact I gave upscaled raw image. The colour is too pale as well. Their printer really isn't that good.”

“Case was very nice however the delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days as I paid for standard and it took over 2 weeks. I emailed them enquiring where my phone case was and they told me it was out of stock and will be sent as soon as they were back in stock. However I was highly disappointed as this was a gift for a birthday and I had to gift this late. When ordering this they never told me it was out of stock nor did they email me to let me know once I purchased the item that it was out of stock until I emailed them. I also asked to refunded on the delivery as it hadn’t been delivered when stated and they never refunded me and ignored this request. Very disappointing but the quality of the case is good.”

“I order hard plactic case for iPhone 11 Pro Max. The quality of photo was acceptable but the actual case did not fit properly and kept on slipping off. I cannot put my expensive phone in such slippery case because it will fall out of it for sure.”

“Wrappz offers a lot of services however the delivery process was not great. I waited over a week for my product to arrive, luckily they kept me updated throughout the time of receiving my order but it became very tedious. When my product arrived I was very excited however the quality of print wasn't as HD as i wanted it to be, bearing in mind that the image I uploaded was a very high resolution. I love the sturdiness and quality of my product but i am not 100% satisfied with Wrappz.”

“Bought a personalised case for my Huawei P30. I didn't like the finished product. It is basically a clear case with my custom picture 'stuck' on. Looks cheap and tacky. Unlike previous cases I've purchased from Wrappz, the image doesn't wrap round the edges. The case also left the top and bottom of the phone uncovered which I didn't like. The images of the product on the website are misleading. It showed one image of the actual case then about 4 or 5 images of iPhones with a fully wrapped case around the whole phone. It wasn't until after I received my cases that I realised these weren't P30s in the images. Poor show.”

“Poor product really. I didn't even try to apply it to my phone as I wasn't pleased with the quality of the wrap. The white was an off-white and even though I uploaded a hi-res picture it was faded and grainy.”

“Entered separate billing and shipping addresses but was sent to billing address, emailed immediately to notify the error, no response, and still shipped to billing address, and I bet this review also gets no response Have bought before products are always good”

“I ordered a tough iPhone X case to replace my previous one from wrappz. That was a matte one and lasted ages. I thought I was ordering the same again, but it was a gloss finish, and the plastic case broke off the same day it arrived.... such a shame because the first one was so good!”

“I think the products look better on the website- doesn’t look very convincing as a ‘marble effect’ design in person. I wouldn’t order again as it looks obviously printed.”
