“Item arrives quickly but not cut properly so not fit for purpose , have emailed for replacement but now asking of pics and now saying they gotta pass to a different department so not good customer service”

“I ordered 3 phone cases all with the corporate logo on. I took the time to complete the design filling in the bits that go up the sides of the casing. The delivered item has white on each of the corners when the design template was completely blue. Wrappz won't replace them, I'll be taking my further business elsewhere.”

“Ordered my case and it took a week to come, which is fair enough but then I found out they gave me the completely wrong case that was meant (I am assuming) for someone else. I notified them of this and they said they dispatched my correct case but still haven’t received it; even though it was only supposed to take a “couple of days”. I have been waiting two weeks for my case and still nothing. Not very happy, sure this isn’t a problem with everyone but this is my experience”

“Ordered a clear case with a butterfly print and received something different, instead I got a case with the back of a red iPhone XR printed onto it - even if that was what I had wanted, it was still printed awfully! Customer service has replied to me within 24 hours, and the shipping was relatively speedy, so that’s why I’ve given it 2 stars, however the quality is awful, do not recommend.”

“I haven’t received my case so far (it’s been already 2 weeks since I made an order) , so there is nothing to review... I am afraid it was lost in post, and I presume no one will compensate if I do not receive it in the end... :(((((”

“Thick and robust but about 1mm all the way round too small and the camera was not cut out adequately- had to use scissors.”

“I was so looking forward to my phone case arriving and when it did I was so gutted. My photo had come out really dark on it. Don’t know why as the original wasn’t dark. When ordering I wasn’t told it was too dark. So disappointed.”

“I ordered a personalised wrap as part of my brother’s 30th birthday present, and looking at the order time to make and the delivery time I ordered it, as I calculated that it would arrive in time. All I got was a confirmation email after the order and heard nothing since. The day before my brother’s birthday I was worrying as I hadn’t received any information about my order, so I emailed them and received no response. An hour and a half later I got a dispatch email, so they clearly forgot about my order, and inevitably the gift was late despite my efforts to order it in time.”

“I ordered an iPhone 8 tough case with a picture on it the picture came out great but I only had the phone case one week and I dropped my phone had my screen broke so wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting it to protect your phone”

“It is not at all satisfactory, as the color is very light and the logo is not in the middle. In the mock-up, it was clearly showing that the logo was in the middle of the case and the color was also in darker grey.”
