“I’ve always used Wrappz products for their quality of work but for the first time ever I have to say my confidence in them has taken a hit. Removing the skin was made very difficult due to the cut lines being very poor resulting in the skin being torn whilst removing it from the backing.”

“Honestly the way the skin I ordered for my xbox controller is cut makes it so that it doesn't even fit the controller correctly and no matter what I do there are creases and bubbles in the sticker. I might even send them a message for a refund because it looks terrible and I might end up just throwing it away. Someone needs to re-design the skin to fit alot better.”

“Print was good, speed of delivery was very good, but across the entire wrap, the material was covered in tiny scratches and marks which show up very visibly in any kind of light.”

“I ordered a 15" MacBook Pro Retina cover with apple light cut out that featured a simple logo. The colour of the logo is incorrect and logo appears at a much lower resolution that I expected. Not brilliant.”

“When my case arrived, I was very happy, it looks exactly how i wanted it to look, and seemed to work perfectly. However, I have owned it for almost 2 weeks now and it already has cracked in 2 places. This is quite poor really given I have had the case for such a short period of time.”

“The case itself is good quality. I picked dark grey plain colour for print, you've given a white border or something to go with dark grey text and it looks extremely ugly. I meant to return it but had to use it for emergency. However the case is still good quality.”

“The pictures were not on the case as they were on the order confirmation. When I then emailed I was told that they were not correct on the order confirmation, despite me sending pictures to show the difference. I was offered a discount off a reorder eventhough there was a difference between my order and what I have received. I emailed again and have now had no response.”
