“The actual website creation tool and vinyl product delivered is very good. However the UK shipping was overpriced and doubled the cost of the item, and secondly for the delivery charge occurred we had to wait for 3-4 days for the item, when other couriers charge this for EU shipping/very next day cheaper than you. Overall i would not recommend.”

“I was initially very happy with my new phone case (iPhone 8plus) the pictures look amazing and the quality appeared to be great. I have only had the case for a week and it has already cracked in 2 places. I take good care of my phone and was expecting this case to last much longer than just 1 week. I don’t even remove my case to charge it or anything as I have wireless charging which works well with the case on. Really not happy with this poor quality, maybe it was slightly faulty, but either way it is cracked.”

“The picture on the cover looked great , but the actual cover was very poor quality and broke after being dropped once, I think a phone cover should be more solid”

“The tools for the design is not accurate enough to give you a full accurate picture of the expected outcome. One of the txt inputs in my design has overlapped with the curved hole for the camera and it not possible to clearly ready it also the width of the txt is misleading on the tool, because the txt goes around the edges, but in the design that was not the case”

“I ordered the wrong size case by accident. There was no option to change, and after emailing there was still no solution. So I had to pay for a phone case, that doesnt even fit my phone!”

“Not convinced at all with the quality of the product. After a week the case is now cracked with thin bits broken off. Purchasing, ordering and delivery where all top notch service but what matters most - the durability of the product - it has fallen short. Disappointed as this was a test run in the product for us to start selling these at our events.”

“The printing of the case is amazing as well as the speed of delivery and cost, so generally pleased and recommend them. But ordered the bump case version for my iPhone 7 and it is nothing like the bumpcase in the photos. The case design blocks the end iPhone speak so the phone cannot be used on speaker phone mode unless you take it out the case. Awaiting a resolution from Wrappz”

“Case has cracked on the top corners off the case when simply taking it off , weird lines running down the side of the case & image was 300dpi but still looks blurry and looks like a printing error at the bottom of the case near the charger. Only positive about this is that I got £10 off via a mcdonalds voucher and didn't pay full price”

“The words on the case wasn’t clear enough and it seems like using a cheap material to print them out. I’m quite disappointed with the product and hopefully I could get one redone.”

“The writing on the case is off centre , the case also feels really cheap and doesn’t leave much of a lip on front of case edging to prevent screen damage , I also have one from eBay that cost me £6 and is the same quality , I really felt if I paid more I would get a higher standard. Thanks Louise”
