“Wrong item delivered!! And then even that the faces cut off photographs even though I made sure 100% they were in the boxes and no reply to customer service email!!!”

“I ordered a custom laptop skin from Wrappz and the item came crumpled and damaged. I asked for a new replacement or a refund if not possible, but Wrappz asked me to try pasting the skin onto my laptop first as it might remove the creases sustained. I tried and there were still some creases though not obviously visible but can be felt with touch easily. Hence, given that the item was not delivered in mint condition to begin with and I am not satisfied with that, I have every right to ask for a refund or replacement. Wrappz then proceeded to ignore me therafter even till now. Do not order from them, such poor customer service.”

“The photos turned out great but the cutting is messed up and it doesn’t line up how it should. There is a white line at the top that means the cut was to high up.”

“Ordered a Ps5 skin, the website didn't allow you to design both sides so just sends one in plain white on a white console, then they offered me to buy a new one at 50 percent off instead of sorting the one I already paid for. Very disappointed and probably won't use again.”

“Laptop case arrived creased and was not packaged properly. No hard support and the postman Really disappointed Another thing, they could’ve suggested the quality standard when choosing picture. Never again, I would advise people to steer clear and avoid like the plague!!!!”

“I had a free phone case voucher.. paid 10£ and got a skin instead.. I dont see the point on working with macdonalds if the vouchers are for nothing plus the page indulge me to get the skin and I tought it was a cheap rubber case... very poor the service tbh”

“Wrap quality is really not to standard and really poor, ordered same from a USA company on same day and that one got delivered faster than Wrappz. And the quality was wayy better, had a wrap from them on my phone for 2yrs until I changed it now.”
