“Very disappointed in my case. After reviewing the picture to make sure it was within the pink lines and the text I added was central.. it was delivered and there is a massive white line down the side where the picture is cut off and the text is completely off centre. Will not be purchasing again considering it cost nearly £20 for a case!!!”

“Purchased a Samsung phone wallet case for my mother for Mother’s Day. When the case arrived the photos were beautiful on it, but then I opened the wallet case up and the plastic insert inside that holds the phone is put in wonky and only stuck on with a strip of sticky tape and also the part where the camera holes meets the case is not stuck down at all, so flaps off the end of the case. I contacted wrappz and was told that’s how they are made with just the small sticky tape strip but if I sent photos of it being wonky inside they would take a look. I did that straight away but that was 4 days ago, Mother’s Day is tomorrow and still no response from them or anything to give my mother for Mother’s Day. Absolute appalling customer service and quality and I will certainly not be purchasing from them again.”

“Very disappointed with a sticker that is about 3mm too small all around. I was under the false impression that this was a skin that would cover the area on my Macbook. Customer service only offered to refund if I returned the sticker on its original backing which clearly is not possible seeing as I could only tell it was too small after removing it from the backing and sticking it on. I will be doing a review on my social media accounts.”

“I ordered two skinz for Iphone 13 pro and 14 pro and cutting of both skinz is wrong and doesn’t fit everything was ok but cutting is asymmetrical I have attached photos”

“Unfortunately, I submitted a design with multiple text boxes in different locations on the back cover of the skin. All these text boxes were printed in the same place, fully overlapping each other, which was not what I ordered. I believe I followed the instructions correctly so this was very disappointing. The product also arrived late, but that was likely due to mail strikes around christmas rather than Wrappz. The actual print quality of the product is good though. I've just not received what I ordered.”

“I ordered my laptop cover on 22 November 2022. I have received invoice but no delivery details after I enquired in an email when I should expect delivery. The telephone contact number only accepts messages which is not responded to.”

“I place my order for a case on the 8th of November and until today (14th of December) I have not received it. I contacted them on the 30th of November to ask what has happened to my order and was told that my order was marked as dispatched and something about system error and that they would make and send out another case. Until today I am still waiting for it to arrive.”
