I ordered a custom laptop skin from Wrappz and the item came crumpled and damaged. I asked for a new replacement or a refund if not possible, but Wrappz asked me to try pasting the skin onto my laptop first as it might remove the creases sustained. I tried and there were still some creases though not obviously visible but can be felt with touch easily. Hence, given that the item was not delivered in mint condition to begin with and I am not satisfied with that, I have every right to ask for a refund or replacement. Wrappz then proceeded to ignore me therafter even till now. Do not order from them, such poor customer service.
