“Communication was poor throughout my order process and had to wait two-three weeks for my order to arrive and the product is thin and wouldn’t protect the phone if dropped at a minor fall. The case design is nice but not at the cost of £19. You cannot track the order properly, they don’t give you a tracking number that works. Even though I made an account, I still couldn’t see the progress of my order which is poor design on the website’s behalf.”

“I placed my order before Christmas and it was shipped on 28th December. It’s now the 6th January and I am still yet to receive my item. I have contacted the Wrapzz team and so far no reply. Pretty disappointed to be honest!”

“I am still waiting for my delivery and unable to get an update using the tracking number you issued, so unable to give a positive review. My order was placed on 15/12/21! 13 days ago. Taking into account the Christmas period it leaves 9 days in which delivery could have been made. Most disappointed”

“I made 3 separate orders early December and have only received one. I have followed up with wrappz and very slow response and no show of desire to get my order to me. It appears one order must be lost in the royal tracking system and another order has an order date for March 2021 when I actually ordered in December 2021 and there has been no status update and no follow up with me to tell me if it's even been shipped. Very bummed as these were 4 phones cases as Christmas gifts. Poor and slow follow up on tickets (if any it seems). Do not recommend.”

“The 2 wrappz I ordered look nothing like the pictures I sent you guys. One is suppose to be Black Multicam and the other is suppose to have a very vivid green and a few other very bright colors and it too is this ugly dark dark green. I have never been more disappointed in a product in my life. Luckily it only cost 20 bucks or close to it so when I throw them away it won't bother me. These are straight garbage. I am sending pics of what I got VS what they should look like so you know how bad these came out. The pictures that look good are the images I submitted and the very horrendous skins are obvious.”

“This is flimsy, the corner of my case has broken off. I've owned the case for less than a month and the phone hasn't been dropped. I've reported this to Wrappz but have not heard anything. To say this is disappointing is an understatement. These cases are not cheap and ought to be more robust.”

“The tracking number I was given was wrong and then Wrappz said they couldn’t find it so I have been waiting 11 days now for my order that should’ve been 48 hours. It’s a shame because I went with them because I heard such good things.”

“Placed an order with Wrappz Oct 26 2021, got a shipping confirmation two days later. The website says you have to make an account to access order tracking, I made one a week later when the skin hadn’t arrived. Making an account with the email address used originally doesn’t let you see past orders from that address, so still couldn’t track the order. Reached out to customer service and didn’t get a response. Order still hasn’t arrived on Nov 5th 2021.”
