“Placed an order with Wrappz Oct 26 2021, got a shipping confirmation two days later. The website says you have to make an account to access order tracking, I made one a week later when the skin hadn’t arrived. Making an account with the email address used originally doesn’t let you see past orders from that address, so still couldn’t track the order. Reached out to customer service and didn’t get a response. Order still hasn’t arrived on Nov 5th 2021.”

“My first time ever leaving a review, but I just don’t want other people to be as disappointed as I was. Incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic customer service. Their product came with a huge white bar at the bottom due to their confusing photo system and when I asked about this they told me this is just a result of the sublimation process. If I wanted it fixed, I would have to buy another case (it would be 50% off) and hope it doesn’t happen again I wish they had a less confusing picture layout, a quality control system, more sympathetic customer service and less of a callous attitude towards customers.”

“I ordered a phone cover that said it was an I phone SE and when it arrived it was the old case so now I have a case that I spent money on that I can’t use and wrappz won’t even give me a refund or the correct cover very poor considering I am a loyal customer”

“had the hard shell 'tough case' for 1month and the cheap plastic shell has broken already. The colour of the case was not as advertised either. Appeared coral on screen, arrived burnt orange”

“I ordered my case on the 21/09 and it is now the 04/10. I still haven’t received my case. Have sent an email still haven’t had anything back. The car was supposedly posted out last week Monday”

“The item that I bought has been mistakenly delivered to a local address, when it should've been an international parcel. I was given a link to follow-up the issue, but the link is not responding. https://wrappz.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/19018 I haven't been given any update about the package up to this day.”

“Printing of the case is nice but wouldn’t use case as no protection to top and bottom of my phone as case is open. Lucky I won case on McDonald’s as if I payed for it would be very disappointed as would not use it.not a good review sorry”
